FRANCE POP-UP.
Celebrated the launch of Reformation’s collection with French-American model/actress, Camille Rowe. Popped up in the multi-designer area of the first department store in the world, Le Bon Marché. Sourced agencies on the ground in Paris and worked with European vendors to bring our interior designer’s vision to life. Ensured an elevated physical debut in the French market.

ITALY POP-UPS.
Worked with prestigious department store Rinascente, participating in a month-long. three-door (Milan, Rome, and Turin), multi-brand pop-up with a bridal theme. Curated Reformation’s collection and built an ongoing relationship with the team leaving the door open for future opportunities.

UK Pop-up.
Oversaw the execution of a 10 day pop-up for Reformation at designer outlet Bicester Village in the UK. Designed the experience alongside UK Head of Brand, building and owning the P&L, negotiating commissions, hiring staffing agency, controlling all logistics, and managing the three day set-up period.

Luxury Marketing.
Delivered concrete frameworks and thought leadership on marketing and brand values spanning topics such as growth strategy and creativity, to be used in a digital learning experience for 400+ marketers at Moët Hennessy.

Luxury Strategy.
Conducted research and analysis on e-concessions as a business model, interviewing eight industry insiders across the UK, US, and EU, performing a cost analysis for e-concessions vs wholesale, and presenting a recommended strategy to VP of E-Business and Marketing and VP of Wholesale at Thom Browne.

Luxury Brand Desirability.
Prepared and presented content on data, AI, technology, and value driven experiences in luxury tailored to internal community of 40+ senior executives across disciplines hand selected to participate in six session programme ‘Creating Luxury Brand Desirability’ at LVMH House Americas and LVMH House Asia-Pacific.

Luxury Innovation.
Managed Open Innovation’s first annual ‘Call for Startups’ project, analysing 135+ global startups, building internal and external relationships, and publishing reports to summarise findings; Contributed to research on digital fashion, translating the multimillion dollar opportunity; Gathered and structured data from startups and cross-functional teams to support future POCs on wardrobe management and virtual try-on at Farfetch.
